- All rates to be confirmed on enquiry.
- A daily maid service is included.
- There is a 2 week minimum booking over Easter and 3 weeks over Christmas or New Year, although other requests will be considered.
- There is a 3 day minimum booking period at all other times.
Non refundable 50% deposit required to confirm vacation rentals over Christmas and New year. For the rest of the year a 50% deposit is required to make a booking. Full payment must be made 2 weeks before booking date. NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48HRS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL RATE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED 50%
Optional Extras
Any extra service you require can be provided by prior arrangement e.g. Chef, au-pair / nanny, tour guide. An extra fee will be charged should these be provided.
